Supervisor
Bella Abramovich is the Supervisor and owner of Carousel Child Care Development Centre. Coming from a background of civil engineering, Bella realized her dream of working with children by obtaining her ECE diploma in 1988. Prior to opening Carousel Child Care, Bella worked as an ECE teacher and then supervised three childcare centres before starting Carousel Child Care in 2000.
Bella brings her expertise and over 27 years of experience to our program. Bella’s drive for opening up Carousel Child Care came from her desire to create a safe place where children are loved, encouraged to explore, and learn and believe in themselves. She holds a strong conviction in the importance of helping children build a solid foundation that will carry them through life. This growth is best done in a nurturing, stress free environment.
Teaching Staff
Our teachers are professional certified ECE instructors, registered with the Ontario College of ECEand experienced assistant teacher. All our staff members are warm, caring, and nurturing individuals who have made a strong commitment to provide high-quality care for your child(ren).
They have a vast range of abilities, education and experience. Our teachers also participate in a continuous education programs for professional advancement. All our staff are also certified in First Aid and CPR Level C. We strive to build an atmosphere that reflects our commitment to provide a caring, positive and enriching environment for your children. Our teacher to child ratio is one teacher to five children in the Toddler room, and one teacher to eight children in the pre-school rooms.
